MKVII in Bourne Supremacy

Thats right folks, almost 100% sure that I spied with my little eye(s) an mkvii in the Bourne Supremacy (pretty decent flick by the way, I recommend). The specific part is when the russian assassin goes to India to find and kill Jason Bourne, it's towards the beginning. He's carrying arouns what appears to be an mkvii with original web strap slung Indy style across his chest. I kept on poking my brother and telling him until he yelled at me to shut up... Anyone else notice this?
