Quick Wested question:

Post by Captain D »

Hello,

I "may" have to call over to Wested sometime soon, since we appear to be experiencing some technical difficulties with E-mail communication for the past week or so.......

Early this morning, I thought that I would give it a try and call: 00441322660654 since this is the # that is listed on their Website "Contact Info".....

For those of you who have called over to Wested, is there something that I am missing, or not doing correctly, that I need to do when dialing that number listed above....? All I got was an operator telling me that I had the wrong number.

Any help, suggestions, and info would be highly appreciated at this point in time!

Sincerely,
Captain D

Hey there Indiana James!

"Thank you" for your reply....and it worked great! I had called early this morning, for just about 5 minutes, and everything is all good now! :D I chatted with a fella, Jerry I think, who was pretty cool and a joy to talk with....... :D

"Thank you" again for your help!

Did they confirm there have been e-mail hassles? I've resent an e-mail from last Wednesday that I still haven't heard back on...

Hmmmm, I would try calling them, just as I did.

I do know that I had sent an E-mail off to them, but it did NOT reach them.....it could have just been my faulty computer, but anything could have happened.

Luckily, Peter and his crew got the issue straightened out and I had called just to double-check everything. However, they had mentioned that when they change their working shifts among the craftsmen, things may get kinda busy and confusing from time to time.

So, to be on the safe side (as far as E-mails are concerned from my personal experience), you may want to just double-check your concerns by calling them using the phone number Indiana James had provided.........

Good luck on your jacket and keep us updated my friend!

I have just the free Yahoo! mail and keep updating it :D This was the 1rst time I had ever had problems sending/recieving E-mail. But, it was just a minor problem, all is good now........ My jacket is leaving from Wested on either Tuesday or Wednesday this week!

Kind Regards,

No, I've happily never used such a service. Not in 11 years of being online.
