Man, those are some NICE looking guns you have there! Thanks for the pics. Have you / do you shoot any of them? Curious to know which one wins in the accuracy department!

That REALLY is a great looking jacket! When during the year do you find yourself wearing this? Is it a Spring/Fall item or Winter?

Thank you very much for the input! I'll keep this one in mind, maybe I'll have the scratch soon to pick one up.Ridgerunner58 wrote: In all, for the money it might be worth a shot for someone on a limited budget.

My initial reaction, too. But that price is very tempting, and I wonder how it looks on someone.KhanVader wrote:From just a brief gander I’d say it definitely looks a bit too short and tapered.

Potential Indy Hat?
Anyone seen/bought one of these?

Genuinely curious if this is in the running as a Jones hat or if it doesn't live up to snuff. Any and all comments on this welcome!

Any upcoming pics of this jacket in the sun? I'd love to see it outdoors with some detail shots.

You make some good looking hats! I'm very impressed. Maybe one day get your etsy store posted on the vendor list? I know I'm intrigued!

Re: Share your Indy Guns!
First was a 1917 commercial that was too nice to ruin its collectible nature. Second was a US army m1917 with a barrel swapped in from a 1950, but it shot too well. Third was a Brazilian, but the action was too worn. Fourth one was the perfect Hand Ejector II, the exact model used in Raiders. But i...

Re: Share your Indy Guns!
I’ve posted elsewhere, but clearly this belongs here too :) That has to be THE best looking Indy gun I have ever come across! And amazing photos do it justice! :whip: Thanks! It was definitely a labor of love, and I wound up putting far more attention to detail into it than I originally intended wh...

Re: Wested Raiders Hero 1 1/2 Years Later
That has really worn in well! Digging the sleeve wrinkles, really has the Raiders look in my eye. Thought about hitting that zipper with something to knock down the shine or is that just a trick of the flash on the camera? Regardless, GREAT looking jacket!

I have now had this hat for 3 years and still looking awesome! it just keeps getting better. I replaced the ribbon and bow with a darker and more SA one. new bash job. Re: Advice for the new guy please?
You did really well with that one. If I were to have my time again in this hobby I would probably have bought the LC Hero. It wasn't available. Back when I first bought my LC from Wested, the patterns were not accurate and I was disappointed. I then had the Indy jacket itch scratched by a goat Gibs...

Re: Advice for the new guy please?
I absolutely love my Wested Raiders in Authentic Lamb! There are guys on here that are way more experienced and definitely helped me, so you’re in the right spot. Idk what chest you are but for your price point I would check eBay. I check pretty much everyday to see if one has been added in my ches...

Re: Advice for the new guy please?
Figured I'd jump on this thread instead of starting my own, already a TON of good info on here. Looking to get my first ever Indy jacket and need some advice from the pros. I have a heavyweight dark brown Indy-like jacket I found at an antique shop of all places that I've been using for years, but I...

Re: New Hat! Thoughts?
Yeah, it's wool, but not a DP fedora. I agree about the tapered sides and height of the hat itself, but it does fit well, and I don't have ~$100 or more to get an actual GOOD hat.

DP? No idea what that means. And no, I'm not Rorschach. But thanks for the feedback!Jeremiah wrote:DP?
Not bad but you could do a lot better. That was my first one too.
Hey. Are you Rorschach?

New Hat! Thoughts?
Hey there everyone! Just got this thing. It's an officially licensed IJ fedora, so it's probably @#$%. But, for sheer looks, what do you think? Too big? Too small? I know the curve in the back isn't great, but I can't steam it (wrong material, afraid it'll just ruin it). Thanks for looking! :) :) :)...
