Re: RELIC HUNTER jacket on short film INDIANA JONES VS UNCHARTED VS TOMB RAIDER
Ok. Im the maker of the hat.
and I’m very disappointed about they messed up with it.
They soaked it in a storm before the start of filming. And they also weared it backwards. In the second half it looks a little better because I helped (in webinar) to reshape it.
Originally it was a beautiful SoC

Get that Raiders look to match your jacket: Sit on it, stomp on it, smash the sides together between your hands while you are not wearing it. Wear it while you are sweating. Put it on when you get out of the shower. It was interesting to see Indy gear at some of the events that looks brand new, cre...

At last.. it is only a personal preference, I agree. for example I Love the raiders hat, how it looks, its proportions, its assimmetry on your head and I use hats daily and I'm the hatter of them. I don't think that the turned hat is ugly if extrapolated from the "indy" universe. A great ma...

I suggest you to look at the Steele and Jones cazadora 35. Diego makes, imho, the best and more accurate ToD jacket available nowadays. ToD "hero", as you certainly know, is different from a raider jacket for several caracteristics:pattern, fit, pockets shape and dimensions, buckles (mabye...

I think if you ll go longer the back will be too much long... neither go bigger in the chest... seems to be a lot of room there already.. the rise of the front up is a issue of the Indy model itself and it is visible in the wested more then other vendors imho. That said... your jacket is good, maybe...

Roberto makes one of the best My recommendation would be either Penman or S&J. The ones I’ve seen from them have been the best. The real trick in making a SoC hat is the mushroom effect: in the film it’s actually rather subtle. Fedoraiders had a post a year or two ago where he showed that the re...
