Re: New USWing antique lambskin in production
Wish they would put some measurements on the site in regards to the actual garment. Curious as to the jacket body and sleeve length. Other pics on the site make them look really long in the body.

Re: New USWing antique lambskin in production
I emailed again and I think they were confused as they didn't realize they are currently in production. We just have to wait until they're ready to be listed.

Re: New USWing antique lambskin in production
Confused as I just received this reply from USWings after asking for more info.

Sorry.

Re: New USWing antique lambskin in production
Guess I was out of the jacket search when these popped up. Of course now that I'm perusing again none of the photos people uploaded are there anymore. Curious as to what it looked like.

Awesome! This was actually my 1st Indy jacket before I found Peter start to offer them. Mine's still in great shape as well, though hanging in the closet for a long while now.

Absurd. Your somewhat abusive responses and telling other people here you don't care what they think suggests that you should examine your own conduct. Please note, 1 response due to it appearing he only came in here to try and insult me by making the snarky "smallest violin" comment whic...

I also think we can all agree that the state of things in the world warrants a degree of understanding, especially where small independent businesses are concerned. That's a two way street. Businesses need to be understanding as well that when someone goes out of their way to support you with their...

Where else can you buy a custom made Indiana Jones jacket for around £250 and receive it in less than three weeks. £215, shipping included (though it could take a little longer than three weeks): https://www.magnoliclothiers.com/adventure-jacket-wl-p-731.html" onclick="window.open(this.hr...

I think the worlds smallest violin has started playing. It's bad luck but always read the T&Cs. Peter's been gone for over three years. Where else can you buy a custom made Indiana Jones jacket for around £250 and receive it in less than three weeks. By the way my legacy jacket is great. So the...

Yes, a black and white view of sales which means they have turned into a company more focused on money while sacrificing their customer service. That is the definition of a fail. I've been here from the start and Peter would be most displeased.

This went through the washing machine? I had contemplated going out in a light rain but I was under the impression that the color would alter. I love mine already so wasn't going to risk it. So this is not the case? I love some of the texture but it's a bit too much overall for my preference Most I...

Re: Bill Kelso's Relic Hunter
Ha! The examples I've seen that have gotten soaked have crazy grain pop out. This leather soaks up water like a sponge and it seems to distort a bit as it dries. I think you are right, check out this one after a wash. https://i995.photobucket.com/albums/af72/Glenville86/Indy%20Stuff/DSC03107_zpsjfo...

Re: Wested FAIL
Thank you, Michaelson. I spent hours on the phone with my sister going over a jacket he wore and also using myself and my own jackets for comparison as a guide since he's almost my size. So when his size 44 was too small even in comparison to my 44 I was at a loss (and I'm still bigger than he is). ...

I haven't interacted here for quite a while (life got in the way). Awesome photos. It's nice to see women with the same hobbies. I have to know. The pic (Poster) on your wall in the left hand corner of your photos (the one where we can only see Indy's legs)- Is it a poster? Or a piece of art you did yourself? I've never seen that before and I have a lot of posters....

I ordered my 1st jacket with lamb without seeing samples because it was the film leather. It still is a great jacket after almost 10 years. Only a tear on one pocket which snagged on something which I could send back to Peter to fix. Lamb is a tough leather as long as you don't run by nails or rose ...

How would sending shirts or pants negate an order to not send a jacket? Is someone posing as Peter? This makes no sense and would cripple some busineses (especially Peter's). Thanks for the clarification Bink. I forgot all about the hard crease in these pants. Plus turning to get the shot, that'll do weird things to drape in pics. Actually, I was told they were French military. I had a pair that was used but disintegrated when I washed them ( turns out that it had old stains which had to have been bleach). Bleach will dissolve fabric over time so these are kind of old. Just happens I found the unissued lots. As for the size y...

If you want screen accurate you HAVE to go with the lamb. It is a tough jacket unless you catch it on a nail, scissors or something really sharp and pointy. As for sliders or d-rings that's up to you. If you want raiders then go with the sliders (I happen to think they look better). The small gauge zipper is in regards to the teeth size. Standard zip has large teeth. Small gauge has small teeth (go figure). Small gauge is screen accurate although I forg...

I have both a lamb and a goat. The lamb is lighter in weight, drapes easier (and more accurate) and is hardly noticeable when you wear it. You won't realise it's on. I've worn it in 30 degree weather with a t-shirt and wasn't cold. The goat is thicker, heavier and you know it's there when you wear i...
