Steel & Jones Cowhide Cazadora 36
Hello everyone. I ordered a Cazadora 36 Raider's style jacket from Steele and Jones (S&J) last fall and received it right before New Years. While I don't have many opportunities to wear it here in Florida, I wanted to offer a review of the jacket and ordering process. Background: Eight years ago...

Also looks like Indy's bend starts pretty close to the bow, your bend is parallel to the front of your head. Maybe try moving it back some? How do I do that? Steam it and shape it? Not carrying any kind of field cleaning kit is asking for trouble. But maybe that's why we only see him with the Browning once and the rest of the time it's a revolver. They are much less prone to misfiring and jamming. i agree it's probably not in his shoulder bag though. More likely in his other p...

Re: My list of items in Indy's RotLA bag. Opinions Please
That's a pretty good list. The only thing I would add to it would be a gun cleaning kit. He puts a lot of rounds down range and I'm sure he takes care of his gear. Maybe some leather cleaner/dressing for everything from his boots to bullwhip too. Of course, these items might be with his proper lugga...

My experience is that humidity is more of a factor especially with felt that doesn't have a lot of stiffener. I live in a hot dry climate and there seems to be little difference between a stand, hatbox or peg. When I go to the coast or the northwest the humidity messes with the hats ability to hold...

I too reside in this sweat box of a state. I highly recommend a hat stand over the laying of the hat down on its brim. Yeah but should we? (Forgive me if this has been discussed before but a cursory search didn't yield any specific thread) Has anyone observed the effect storing a fedora on a hat stand versus laying it flat? Chris - does it feel short to you when using it or just when you are looking at it coiled up?
