Steel & Jones Cowhide Cazadora 36

Hello everyone. I ordered a Cazadora 36 Raider's style jacket from Steele and Jones (S&J) last fall and received it right before New Years. While I don't have many opportunities to wear it here in Florida, I wanted to offer a review of the jacket and ordering process. Background: Eight years ago...

Not carrying any kind of field cleaning kit is asking for trouble. But maybe that's why we only see him with the Browning once and the rest of the time it's a revolver. They are much less prone to misfiring and jamming. i agree it's probably not in his shoulder bag though. More likely in his other p...

That's a pretty good list. The only thing I would add to it would be a gun cleaning kit. He puts a lot of rounds down range and I'm sure he takes care of his gear. Maybe some leather cleaner/dressing for everything from his boots to bullwhip too. Of course, these items might be with his proper lugga...

My experience is that humidity is more of a factor especially with felt that doesn't have a lot of stiffener. I too reside in this sweat box of a state. I highly recommend a hat stand over the laying of the hat down on its brim. Yeah but should we?
