Re: How to remove paint on jacket?
Any idea what kind of paint, latex vs. acrylic? Not to be overly obvious, but have you tried gently scraping it off with your fingernail? Or use a damp cloth. I wouldn't go with any chemicals because you will strip the color off the jacket in the process. A kitchen dish scrubber that many use to di...

How to remove paint on jacket?
I noticed (and I haven't got a clue how it happened) that I have a few small paint marks on the back of my jacket. Any suggestions on how to remove it without damaging the leather?

I've had my Todd's/Coyles for well over a year, and I appreciate the way it wears. I had an issue that I've posted here before where I had to have it "refinished" (my daughter stuck a sticker on it, ripping the color off a portion of the jacket), so I had to start over again letting it nat...

I have a Fed IV (Deluxe) and I also agree it's a well-made hat. Mine has been through sand, dirt and the like when I wore it for the Sandmine Challenge, and water/snow during the winters. ^^^Glenville, your impressions are spot-on. I wish there was a way to shorten the straps, because it does seem too long after tightening it. Great responses so far and thanks! OK, so I read so far that rabbit tends to shrink. On my Fed IV Deluxe, it's a combination rabbit/hare. Not sure if that makes it any more resilient to shrinkage, but especially for you Akubra owners out there, how have your lids held up when it got wet?
