For me it turned out I actually already had one of these! I picked it up a few years before KotCS and I used it for a while as my everyday carry work bag, then it sat. Got it one of the local surplus stores here. It has the manufacturer mark inside with a 1984 date on it, and where the HJ name plate...

Just wandered into the MotB episode here at COW, and love that look on Indy. Fortunately AE still had one in my size and I snagged it! Would have liked to get my hands on one of the Duluth ones, but I guess that's what I get for being late, heh.
