Sounds like a lot of us sent our orders in at the same time. I sent mine in on the 21st of September for an authentic lamb Raiders jacket, which should have been sent out the week of Oct 13th going by the 21 days to dispatch quote. On the 13th, I sent Wested an e-mail and got a reply back quoting 10...

Wested Delay

I received this from Jerry at Wested today regarding my Authentic Lambskin jacket that was ordered about three weeks ago: Dear Timothy Sorry, we've had a bit of a delay with some skin that wasn't of suitable quality and we're now a little bit behind. I aim to despatch your jacket in the next ten wor...

I suggest the Pecards gel inside and out (just don't put your gun in while you're doing this!! ) After the gel had time to thoroughly dry on the inside, I did put my gun in and then applied a coat of the gel on the outside in an attempt to help it form to my gun a little better. It seemed to ...

Make sure you get the large eyelets made by Dritz from Jo-Anns fabrics if you can. They have a rivet that goes on each side of the hole (one fits through the other one) and look much nicer than anything else that I tried. Plus they come with a setter if you buy the kit and they were much easier to s...

As Cab said, Prairie Flower does make a nice bag strap. I have one myself and I love it. The best part about it (next to the price) is that you can tell Steffan what you want as far as color and length and he'll custom make it for you. I had my strap made in a dark brown with both sides finished whi...

No problem. I also gave Steffan the link to the A+ website to order some of those nice 1" center bar buckles that they have if he wants to make any more bag straps like he did for me or if he gets any new orders. You can't beat custom made at a quality price.

My PFLCo holster wasn't made with the cut out like that. I'm not sure where that design component came from, but Steffan does specialize in WWI reproductions so it might have come from one of his other WWI products. I actually e-mailed him a couple of weeks ago with an idea of what a more "auth...

You might try some Barge all purpose cement. I bought some at my local shoe repair store and I've also seen some on the internet. One of its specific uses is on leather, among other things. It holds really well and according to the package it "toughens with age." I only recommend this beca...

The important thing is to tell them the frame size and the barrel length so that they know the approxmate size of the gun for the holster. You should tell them that you want a holster for a K frame S&W with a 4" barrel, a model 10 S&W will work for those specs. If you read the gun FAQ o...
