Re: My real MKVII

I was curious as to what the dimensions of a MK VII bag were. I was thinking about getting one to haul around my school supplies, and was hoping it would be big enough to carry an 11x14 sketch pad. Nope. Not even close. http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h136/jameth1971/HPIM4683.jpg Stretched as wid...

Re: My real MKVII

Yeah, there is nothing quite like the real thing. My bag was actually an issued bag. It actually has the initials J.T. under the flap and I can't help but wonder who J.T. was, and what adventures my bag had before it even found itself in my possession. It's also very funny that my first and middle ...

Re: RaiderZee/Wade Egan Webley Kit Owners

Hi Jameth, I can't recommend any "blueing spray" as I haven't actually painted one of these. My advice was more toward how to do it as opposed to what to use. All of the pics (except the last) I posted were of my ACTUAL WG, posted as reference for someone trying to get the look of an actu...

Looks awesome, djd!!!   For those of you still working on this, I have some ideas: The best way to replicate the "wearing off" of blueing on the gunmetal background would be to apply the paint likewise. ;) 1) If the gun has been painted orange, lightly steel wool or san...

Re: RaiderZee/Wade Egan Webley Kit Owners

You're right, Jeff, these initial kits offered by me and Wade cannot hold a candle to Rook's magnificent WGs. His work is something I, too, could never hope to match. However, our kits are FAR better than the other Indy gun DIY resin kits now available. They are intended for the masses: people who ...

Gunmetal grey is the color of parts of Vader's mask. That is the color I used on me reveal Vader. It would be perfect for my W.E. SOC revolver. It looks just like my real guns. The tape measure is not his. It's in the map room already. You can see it laying there as he approaches the city model. However being a practical man I think he would have taken it since it was left behind.

That is good to know but I was unaware. When I ordered the hat, and yes it is custom made, I saw on the website only the size would be fixed if they did it wrong. In other words if the hat did not fit because they messed up. The hat fits. It just does not look right on me. I was unaware they would a...

I have a Peter Bros and it is very disappointing The hat itself is great quality. It is so stiff it will withstand a nuclear war. It's very uncomfortable.
