Re: Help with Relic Hunter
I got the striated lamb, Cairo Main Hero. That’s been my favorite jacket variant from Raiders as it is seen for almost its entirety. I have had quite a few of these jackets made but it’s mainly been a journey of trial and error in regards to getting that perfect size. I’ve sold a couple of them and ...

Well, not exactly sure what’s going on with Penman Hats. Today I just received an automatic refund for the ABL Raiders order that was placed in February 2020. Wasn’t even offered to put it towards a different hat. Really wish that I was able to order one of these a lot sooner as I thought that John ...

I placed an order for the Raiders ABL in February of last year and I’m still waiting. I think that jacket looks great on you! I really like the subtle, not quite so exaggerated texture of the skin and the color transition to the darker shade looks amazing. As stated, it is difficult to believe that is the same jacket you had originally showcased.

Re: Definitive Raiders jacket photos....
to me Bill Kelso's original batch of the Stirated Lamb was the perfect leather for the Raiders jacket. The newer one is too grainy IMO. I'm sure that one could request that their jacket not have as much grain than what is now used by standard. They are very obliging to whatever requests one may have.

I just measured that and they are about the same distance at 3 1/8 inches each. I think that adjusting the width of the pocket from 5 3/4 inches to about 6 or even 6 1/4 inches would make all the difference.
