Is there a difference in finishing that determines the price difference listed on the website, John, or is that old data that needs to be removed? I ride in my horse LC Wested all the time in my Triumph too-maybe its a British thing-the collar stays in line and doesnt act up. THere is a lady named Dana Hamilton at "Great Leathers" in Illinois. She is taking 3.5 inches in length out of a Wested for me. Granted, there will be a seam in the center, but she can sew it in character with the rest of the jacket. Its a novapell jacket. I sent it to her last week and we...

I have a distressed cow Raiders that I need shortened, as I am 2nd owner. I know a really great leather worker in IL (Great Leathers, Dena Hamilton) that is looking at shortening it for me, but she brought up possibly having to re-dye it. Is the distressed cow made with distressed hide all the way t...

I just managed to score a gorgeous 2002 Triumph Bonneville, and while pondering the gear question, I thought of my LC Horsehide. Would this be a suitable riding jacket? Sleeves are long, but a tailor can fix that right quick for you. That back panel may be right depending on his shoulders, though-if he has huge shoulder width, and a narrow waist the jacket would be have to be made that way, right?
