Personal experience, wash the shirt but at relatively low temperatures. I've found that the fusing one the collar can bubble over time, I do not know if this is due to high temperature machine washing. It does not ruin the shirt just is no longer 'pristine'. B gets my vote. I would also recommend getting it wet and wearing it a lot. It will slowly conform to your body and feel good. But if you like the more tailored look of A, I go with that. Didn't see any leather on the inside of the zipper.... Measured the arm holes..they are 10-10 1/2 if I pull it tight. If the 44 is 11 1/2 then That would sure help..combined with the extra around the back..I think I need it. Packing it up and going to post office. SIgh...I hate to wait..especioally...
