Re: Ltd. edition AB bullwhip - Here's how many there'll be

Personally, I didn't see anything that I would call unduly rude. I can certainly see why people in the business of hand crafting things (whips, hats, etc.) may have seen it that way, but I think it's a matter of perspective. While it is perfectly within a business' rights to charge whatever they wan...

Hey guys, I just recently acquired a pair of 5.5 ft. two-tone Mike Murphy stockwhips. They're used and I got them from this forum. Actually, my nephew and I went in together to buy them. I have one question: did you feel any difference in performance when changing handles? New Handle for Strain Stockwhip (with Pics)

Some of you may remember my incident with my Joe Strain Stockwhip that put a nasty gash in the handle . Well, it didn't hurt the functionality of the whip, and actually doesn't look nearly as bad now that the gash has sort of 'aged' a little bit. Nonetheless, I've been really keen on two tone whips ...

Beautiful whip, Shane. I've been itching for an Aussie style bullwhip, and that one looks great. I believe that cracker he put on there is a poly-pro cracker. I had some plaiting issues (pic) with mine, but I don't think it has gotten any worse necessarily, and it seems to be a good enough whip. However, I don't really have anything to compare it to as I'm mostly into stockwhips now, and the Pagey whip is my only Indy style whip.
