Glad to hear it! I assume that if it were out of stock, it would say so on the page, correct? Not so and NEVER assume. Todd says it takes some time for a message saying out of stock to show up due to the volume of orders. Keep in mind Halloween is next week. JC makes a great point. If you want to h...

Could you get us the ebay seller's account page? That'd help some of the other board members look into it and maybe they can help! Don't give up on the seller yet. ;-) Sometimes they do have multiple things going on at once and simply haven't got back to you... and yes, even if they did before it do...

If you paid via PayPal, then you can go to them as well as Ebay. Pay Pal will shut their **** down if you issue a complaint. Take it to ebay as well. This is definitely not cool if they're avoiding taking care of you out of either guilt or embaressment at the having sent a shoddy bag accidentally. I...

You can get a Fed IV for around $80 at hatsdirect, and bash it yourself. That and a repro shirt, and you should look fabulous. There is a XXL shirt for sale in the Cairo Bazaar. Not sure if you need bigger or not. Just looking out for you. Thanks. :) I just picked up a Cabela's Safari shirt, which ...

Well I'll definitely look into getting a new hat at some point... right now, I just dropped a little over $100 on the shirt, bag, pant dye, and a failed strap experiment. There's a hat shop in Old Town Sacramento (where I got the Dorkman), so when I have a chance again I'll stop in and see what they...

Try White's. They cost a bit, but custom made and in any width you need. I own two pairs, and I'll attest to their service and high quality products. http://www.whitesboots.com/ Thanks for the tip! I can't seem to find any actual price listings... is it because it's all custom work? Could you tell ...

Cabela's Shirt Came in Today...

And it FIT! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :rolling: -ahem- I purchased their 5XLT "close enough" Safari Shirt and much to my delight (especially after my earlier bag fiasco ) it fit. The only thing I could ask for really is that the buttons were cream colored, and may be a little more length ...

Funny story, I went to work in my Penman and US Wings Blue Label last Tuesday in celebration of the CS Blue-Ray release and one of my students, in his best Scottish accent, greeted me with "Junior?!" to which I answered "I told you never to call me that!" That's AWESOME. I wish ...

Thanks, Im headed to the local leather shop at lunch today to see if I can find a good strap. Any suggestions? Things to look for or think about? This is probably too late, but I bet you can get a "belt blank" along with the right closures... chicago screws, I think???? Probably less then...

Boots. BIG Boots.

So I've got a massive set of paddle feet (as my Pop's friends used to call his), and was wondering if anyone knew of boots that: 1.) Can be found in a size 13 or 14 2.) Run wide... the wider the better. I've actually found I need a 4E or some such to actually have comfortable feet. 3.) Cost less the...

I picked up a leather whip off of "that auction site" for about $50 with shipping and handling... mine's 14', although they make a variety of lengths. From what the seller said, it's certainly usable but I wouldn't seriously depend on it. The plating on mine is also not nearly as... tight(...

I don't feel terribly weird about wearing the hat out, although mine isn't exactly screen accurate... But I bought it because it kept the rain off my head and has been durable enough, not for "the perfect look". On a side note, what's the feeling on Dorfman Pacific? I've sort of got an iff...

I found a pair of sturdy dickies I didn't know I still even fit in, and just got two boxes of RIT dark brown, and they came out well enough... although that's probably more hassle then it's worth for people who can shop at "regular size" stores then big guys like me.

Cheap belt-loop whip holder

So I was at a Michaels crafts store the other day, and found a "close enough" snap closure "bracelet" to work for my whip holder... and it was only 99 cents. (Click for Pic) Thought it might be worth passing along for other fans on a low budget and in need of those little accesso...

Looking for long replacement strap for MK VII Replica Bag

Hi guys. I recently picked up a Costume Base bag from "That Auction Site" to work on my first pass of "close enough" Indy gear. The bag is so-so but will work for the time being... unfortunately, the strap is way too short (it looks like a purse only going about half as far as it...
