I agree nick I personally wouldn't order my hat 'dirty' but some people seem to want a hat matching a certain scene or look. That's not bad in itself, just not for everyone. While I respect DR Ulloa for not mentioning specific hat makers he does infer specific hats, and it would be nice to be on the...

Actually the 'Ford size' jacket sizing is about the same for all the movies. His jacket requirement measurements don't seem to have change much over time.

You did get them for a bargain at that price. They look t be in fine shape, and are fine white leather, not cotton. They are also used for top end civilian formal dress. Such gloves are rare and on eBay when such appear often sell at a price much higher than what you paid. That said, once again they...

Those gloves have more value as they are, white military dress leather gloves.

you may have to go to a place that does 'tarp and awning' or upholstery work
The heaviest tread most fabric stores usually have is 'button' thread, which may be OK for your bag.

backstagejack even if you casually cross your arms a jacket will naturally tighten some across the back, question is how much it does it.
If your jacket is a large you may be in luck as Sarge is having some Large Regulars made with longer sleeves.

backstagejack can you post photos of you wearing it? People often try to judge fit by crossing their arms in front in a manner that is 'extreme'. This is not a normal method for judging fit, and it's an unnatural action. How does the back feel in a normal pose with your hands at your side? How long ...

the collarstand is 1.5'' and guess what! it curls exactly like it does on film! this is it! FINALLY! St. Dumas would love this feature.

LJ are you in Canada? I seem to remember you are.
If you bought that in Canada it was probably made by Biltmore, and labeled Stetson.
The two companies were closely related for some time, and Biltmore made pretty much all the ' Stetson's ' sold in Canada.

Kentucky blues, I understand what you are saying, but that is the position the 'Hero' fills, a great streetable-functional jacket for the multitudes.
The Neil Cooper/USWings cooperative 4 movie jackets are to be as Sarge says, 100% accurate. Not adjusted as you imagine, except for varying sizes.

Well _ if you are getting your suits tailor made you shouldn't have a problem.
Tailor made suits beat OTR suits for fit everytime anyway even though some OTR can cost just as much more.

Correct Han. Nickel will develop a yellowish hue especially over time. In those screen shots the zipper looks yellowish but could easily be nickel. If it were Bronze it would be darker. That's not to say the actual jacket had a nickel zipper, just that by the screen shots shown it could very well be.
