Sad to hear the news but understandable under the circumstances.....personally I'll be a wearer......Raiders SL in cool spring, early fall days .....CS or Surrogate for the colder days........still feel they'll long survive me ....then be passed down to the next generation......sad end to the GOLDEN...

Sarge , thanks for the info on the sizes of the Large and XL..........are the New lightweight lamb sizing up the same way ??......I'm typically a size 46 and was going to go with the large after seeing the 25 pit to pit (which is what my Novaks are) but now Holt saying it fits like a 44 has me think...

Castor, have you tried wetting the back half or for that matter the whole flap and letting it dry flat maybe with some weight on it overnight or longer......obviously won't be permanent but may help to 'train' it to lay flat at least till it needs repeating...just thinking out loud....

I've got one of Tony's first 'Surrogates' (pics on FJ) and it truly is a beautiful mixture of classic styles, one of his best offerings IMO.....it's the same leather as 747 but in different shade with more burgundy undertones as seen in the original Bruce Willis movie....the distressesed version loo...

If you look back and re read all of that from the time, you will see that it was not necessary for G to have sent anything but only to have asked for an exact duplicate. Also did the 'Leatherheads' George Clooney jacket and another for the guy who gets killed early in Surrogates in addition to the Willis jacket ( agree Exit , it is one of his best)
