Re: Pants Fit - Todd's v Wested

I got a pair of Westeds earlier this week. I ordered a size 32, as that's the size I take in jeans (I'm actually between sizes. A 31 fits better, but those are hard to come by). Anyway, the Wested trews fit pretty well, only very slightly loose in the waist. Nothing the web belt can't handle. Howev...

Genuine 1917 Vintage Temple of Doom/Webley Holster

My first post in this section! A little while back I stumbled on a genuine 1917 Webley holster, which is pretty much identical to the one used in TOD. It was manufactured by a company called Wolfsky & Co. From what I was able to find out, Mr Wolfsky was a Russian emigree to London at the turn of...

On an item of this price I do not believe you would have to pay any customs charges. You only have to pay if it it over a certain amount and I believe that to be about the £30 mark. You already have a classic "short back & sides" by the sound of it - which is the pretty much the classic look for the 1st half of the 2oth century up until the late 60s. If you want period accurate hair-dressing, go for Brylcreem, or Black & White Pluko brilliantine (wax!). ;)
