I got one of those a couple years ago. Well, two actually. A large which is my size and a small that was used for the fabric and extra buttons in order to add the pleats and epaulets. Turned out great.

Yes we have the big cats. They were added to the protected list a decade or so ago and have gone rampant since then. They can kill and eat one deer a week, and as such the deer population in California is shrinking considerably.

To me the Mummy shoulder holster looks like two modern holsters the have had the elastic straps removed and have been hooked together in the back with leather straps. Possibly Bianchi or Safariland brand holsters.

I have the Texas Action Gear strap and buckle and it's great. The buckle looks really accurate and there's an option to get the strap in either 65" or 72" (which I got 'cause I'm tall)

I have one from IMA. Other than being really stiff it okay. The inside leather is a whiteish color much like the back of the WPG bag strap. In fact, it is the same type of leather as the WPG bag strap, so I don't even know if it can be darkened. Hope this helps.

The lanyard ring is for the lanyard the soldier would have around his neck to keep the gun teathered to him in the event that he drops it.

I just got my Texas Action Gear bag strap today. I must say that it is awesome. Being the somewhat tall guy that I am (6 ft.) I went with the 72" strap with grooves and it is a perfect fit. I finally have a replacement strap for my WPG bag.

Let me suggest Dr. Scholl's gel inserts. Once I put those insoles in my Rugged boots the bottom of my heels quit being sore. Then after breaking them in better, the top of my heels quit being sore as well. Now they're my favorite pair of shoes. Too bad they look funny with shorts.

The heel cup on my Ruggeds seem to be too short for my heels. After wearing mine the tops of my heels are a little sore, especially before I got them broken in. Now its just a minor discomfort.

I think two sleeve lengths is also a great idea. Whenever I find a shirt with sleeves long enough, the neck is too huge. It's not easy to find tall sized shirts in department stores.

If you can't find a double shoulder holster you could always get one left hand and one right hand holster and remove the straps on the non-holster side and connect them together with matching leather strips. That's what Rick O'Connell's holsters looked like to me.

If you aren't the stadard sized person you'll never get a US Wings jacket to fit well. Wested is made to fit. Other than that, the USW pre-distressed is heavier than Wested's. I've had both......Wested's is way better. (So is their customer service).
