Great work WNY!
For liners my suggestion would be bridal satin, it´s easy to get in metres and isn´t too thick, in case you want to do them yourself as well.

Re: New Old YIJ hat
Yes, converting a western hat is a lot fun. I also once did that with a Resistol but the felt was very thick and (of course) stiff. Over the course of my YIJ fedora quest it was always hard finding a fedora with a 3“ wide brim and an high enough Indy style crown. That’s why I was so amazed when I sa...

Re: Terry Jacka CS whip specs?
In the video it looks even more impressive, the graceful rollout reminds me of a 10ft whip. That´s a beautiful combination to me. Regarding the heaviness, I felt the same when I got a 10ft whip at the beginning of the year after only owning an 8ft for 10 years. Even now it is still quite tiring but ...

Great to see that there is so much love the Treasure of the Peacock’s fedora :TOH: Croft, with another ribbon the Harrison would work, however it has has a smaller and dimensional cut brim while the YIJC fedora doesn´t have that feature and is wider. That looks like it is from the time when Herbert Johnson hats came from the Christy‘s factory pre their reboot.
This is a just a guess, but the sweatband, liner and stitching look identical to my Christy’s Adventurer from 2009 apart from the Herbert Johnson logos.

Get someone to help you with taking your measurements and then use the OTR sizes as a starting point. I think besides the sleeve length/shoulder width thing I talked about above, you don´t have to worry that much.

Also take the pit to pit measurement into account, as this will tell you how much actual room you will have in the jacket. If you order a Destiny jacket also keep in mind the shoulders are smaller than on the other Indy jackets. This will directly affect the sleeve length. For example the Destiny in...

While I can’t compare my Destiny jacket with the Raiders hero cut I can say that it is indeed roomier than my LC legacy (25.5 pit 2 pit) and ToD (25) jackets (all are size 46) and also feels that way. Sleeve is the actual length of the jacket‘s sleeve. When I order a jacket I also take the shoulder into account. My ToD is also a 46 and the shoulders are 7.5“ wide from the collar. This gives you this nice overhang on the shoulders and also makes the sleeves longer as they will start below your sho...

I love the design overall though, as it is a much more forgiving take on the Indy fedora. With Raiders, for example, it's so striking that it almost requires you to dress around it.
