Re: Wested Temple of Doom Underarm Gussetts

Correct, that would make more sense... So I have this very example across the Wolverine jackets as well... X1 has stitched together underarm gusset pieces with the in-sleeve pieces, but X2 and X3 were used on a pattern base that had the underarm gusset piece/shape as just part of the in-sleeve patte...

Re: Todd's Jacket Owner's Thread

yeah, his former Large I would say is right about at Indy Hero size... his current Large is a touch larger, but his Medium is a touch smaller than his old Large. His old Large would fit me at my current size like a ToD, so would really need his newer Large to fit correctly on the Raiders look.

Re: Wested Temple of Doom Underarm Gussetts

Hmmm, yeah if your Aero is a 52, then the 50 would do better after all... really surprising though, I find the Aero stuff to have a good bit of room and would place them right with normal Wested sizing in the 44 range.

I sort of pulled one off today. Ordered a TOD from Wested but they only go up to size 46. I ordered the 46 but in the comments requested a size 50 jacket, larger pockets but smaller than the raiders and in horsehide. Have plenty of lightweight Indy jackets. Wested did their normal screening of the ...

Re: Last Crusade jacket quest

The LC/CS is Wested's reproduction of the jacket they made as their submission for Crystal Skull. It's a reproduction of the oddball jacket with the double stitch shoulders (which turned out to be a Cooper/Disney), that was chosen as the template. That's why it is the same length as Nowak, they wer...

Taking everything in to account, the LC jacket is a pretty solidly put together piece of gear and not a costume. As a result, one can stay 99.9% screen accurate in its construction. . That makes sense as Harrison always liked the LC jacket best and that was one that he kept. Very impressive project...
