Re: Most SA Raiders jacket disregarding "Details"?
It makes sense to me, but I don't have an answer... unfortunately. It reads to me like blue wants to know who's jacket gets the fit and leather closest to Raiders, without being all nit-picky about all the other details. For him, those are the things that matter. A prolonged photo search isn't like...

Most SA Raiders jacket disregarding "Details"?
Okay so I want to make a distinction that's actually difficult to do, but if you toss aside all the things you usually look for in screen accuracy like buckle shape, yoke height, gaps in the back, collar stand position, pocket shape/size etc etc you're kind of left with basically just the material (...

Blue, firstly what do you mean by short? If your are over 5 ft 7 shouldn't be too difficult. The principle is simple - learned it from a friend who did costume design for TV. If you are shorter, you want clean lines that run straight up and down - no horizontal lines that break up the look - so any...

It's a unique jacket but does anyone [not really into IJ] recognize your jacket as Indy's?
Do you ever get comments about the jacket in a general fashion sense?

How to protect US Wings striated leather Legends jacket?
Imported, if that matters.
I would like to keep this jacket nice only in that I don't want it to stain, get brittle, crack, get stiff or get rough to the touch. I know it's supposed to break in and age quickly which is fine.
Do I need to apply anything right away? Do I need to protect it from water?

Personally I think I like brown better a lot more, surprisingly. Black is usually the cool leather. I think it has to do with the fact that brown seems to blend better with my hair color, complexion, blue jeans and any other color I wear. Black seems just too monochromatic. I put some black boots on...

Yeah looks awesome!
I like the back now that I look at it.
What about the leather? Cowhide right? Is it thick? Does it drape (not that it needs too)? What does it feel like to the touch? It looks like it has an aged texture which looks awesome to the touch.
How much did these cost?
