Keep in mind too that with an 80's fit you can't wear much thick clothing under it. It fits quite snug to the body so the most you could wear is a long sleeve sweater/t-shirt if it isn't too puffy. I think you might be using too much Pecards. I usually apply Pecards on the fall about every other whip-cracking session. And it's only AFTER I'm done and then I let it sit and dry.
