Re: Gun belt unpractical

But Wade, the true question is, would you wear your bag strap on the inside or outside of your jacket (or is that why you did away with it)? :P

P.S. It was your gunbelt I was wearing. Fits great! Thanks again.

Gun belt unpractical

So I was wearing my gear today and thought of something. Wouldn't it be more practical if the web belt and gunbelt were switched (or at least the holster and whip holder)? I'm not talking about switching the side, but I feel like the holster should definitely be put through whichever belt is going t...

Re: KotCS leather accuracy

Thanks Wade, I will be in touch soon :D

Sidenote: Does anyone know how to tie the knot on the whip seen in the picture wade posted? It looks like 2 or 3 standard knots but its a little too fuzzy to be 100% sure.

Thank you all for the input.

KotCS leather accuracy

So I'm about to buy my CS leather work from Wade (bag strap, whip holder, gun belt) and wanted to be sure on grooves for SA. What I believe is that the strap does NOT have grooves, while the whip holder does. Is that correct? Any screen caps would be much appreciated.

Re: Webley WG COW "27" pistol project!

Now here's a question. When i was doing the weathering I discovered a previously unseen air bubble on the front edge of the cylinder. I trimmed it and sanded it a bit but it's still noticeable. If one of you on the list (Pistol #25-35) would like the one with the flaw, I'll knock off $5.00 from the...

Oh I will. I already have an AB raider's holster but I've been debating if Jake's is more accurate? Does anyone see a fault in either?

As for the CS gear, I have heard Jake and Keppler are the top but again, is one more SA in people's opinions?

Ultimate SA gear question

Okay indy fans, if price was no object, what would you get for the most SA of the following: a Raiders holster, a CS holster, a CS gunbelt and whip holder, and a CS bag strap?

Just got off the phone with Tony. Basically, you can be as picky as you want for SA. And if you REALLY want SA, you would need: 30 jackets, made from those same 15 cows used for the original jackets. No ###/777 on the inside of the jacket. Black lining. One pocket. Have the jacket sent to Ford to ha...

I believe there are two ways something can be SA
A) Exact color/measurements/EVERYTHING!
B)Exact color etc., and CORRECTLY PROPORTIONED measurements

But to be ironic, if Tony is adding the names and #s to the jackets, they are no longer perfectly SA. :P
