If you want to modify a shirt, you need a coulpe of uniform dress shirt, look at a surplus store or ebay (raf grey dress uniform shirts for example) and then add the front pleats, it's quite easy, you just have to remove the pockets and un-stitch a little part of the shoulder seam, then add a fabric...

The color looks indeed nice, the only thing I don't like are the pockets, but that is not a real big issue afterall... Probably I'll buy two to modify one of them... Thanks for the heads-up.
