Re: Crease in the Leather - Solutions?

It is Novapelle, Wested, hasn't been worn too much. I'll try to get a pic up some time tomorrow. A friend recommended shoe working leather creme/lotion to really loosen the leather. Is this advisable?

Crease in the Leather - Solutions?

Hello fellas, been a looooooong time since I've posted, nice to be back. Have a question, need some help. There is a crease that has developed down the right side of the front of the jacket. I was wearing a messenger bag when it was raining hard a while ago and I believe the weight pulled down on th...

I've always thought the reason the ToD jacket looked so great was because of how thin the leather was and how well it draped. SO perhaps thickness should be left at the door on this one...

I've got a deep olive MKVII that can look VERY tan if caught in certain lighting - outdoors it looks more tan than green - as does a good friend's entirely green MKVII. So the color in the movies most likely varies with each lighting set up and bag they used at the time. Best to just go with whateve...

Congrats on an awesome looking jacket, Mike! Far as I'm concerned, it's worth every penny - I don't think you overpaid at all. I'll be honest, if Belstaff did a line of the original three jackets, you couldn't stop me from going into credit card debt to pick up a Belstaff TOD and LC - simple as that.

Somehow or another I have yet to see a coloration or dye job done that truly feels like a whip from the film - save for the 89' and 90's Morgans found in this part of the gear forums by senior members. Del Carpio's do not seem to have the right color to them - is that a perspective/lighting thing or...

Last Crusade Whip

I originally got into the game, for lack of a better word, to collect only the bag, strap, and jacket. Months of spending time amongst this community has inspired me to assemble the rest of the outfit. As such, I thought I'd start with one of the pricier pieces of gear and ask a simple question that...
