Re: Wested's HERO jacket...

Because of the design of the jacket, the way it 'falls off the shoulders' - it's hard to nail down the proper sleeve length. I ordered the longest sleeves I could on the Hero, because I wasn't sure at the time of ordering either. Thankfully too, because actually, now that I've worn the jacket for a ...

Wested 'Hero' in Seal Brown Soft Goat = Succeed. Item was ordered on September 13th, and was shipped on September 21st. It arrived today, September 23rd in Toronto. 2 days?! Crazy. It cost me $80.00 in duty and tax. Balls. Totally worth it though. Man, I tell ya... Nothin' says the first day of Fall...

I stand 6' tall, and would say that my arms are medium long in length. The Nowak Raiders (Harrison Ford's size), if I'm not mistaken, has 23" sleeves and a 23" back. Harrison Ford's jacket was a 40' and I'm a 42' - so I'm currently guess-timating that 25" arms and back will be about r...

Re: Ordering a Wested Hero - do these measurements sound rig

The closest I've come to a perfect fitting jacket for me is my Nowak CS in the Large/Ford's size. The only thing I wished different, would be a little more room in the chest for layering, and a couple extra inches in the sleeves. I stand at about 6' tall and I think I'm a 40 or 42 in a suit. Oh, and Canada - they were very cool. They were playing up the Queen St. Toronto attitude a bit, but overall were sensitive to my geeky attraction to a shoe.

And Long John, they have a lot of cool clothing lines. Not stuff for everyone, but there were a couple things that spoke to me.
