Merry Christmas to me!!

My 10' Jacka arrived yesterday so it took 19 days. I will post some pics when I get a chance. It is pretty darned cool but I will have quite a wait before I can get a crack in what with all this lovely Nebraska weather we are having. :whip:

Arm is 14" flexed, but a natural flex. Don't plan on doing a lot of work-outs in this jacket, so not pumped up, just the natural flexion and extension of arm. Jacket is 15-1/2 at this point, but of course is itself flexible as the leather has give. So no, not tight to my standards. Also the ny...

If you are in the position that you can use it quite a bit and have some patience it will darken fairly rapidly. My delCarpio has really aged well in the months I have had it. I also sometimes leave it out in the sun while I do yard work (that way it is close by if I need a whip break).

I have had good luck with just polishing them with kiwi brown polish. As the boots get more scuffed the polish seems to stick better. I have even used black polish in between brown treatments and it looks pretty cool especially after some wear.

Terry just sent a pic of my 10'. The leather in this current batch is a bit darker than others and was quick to absorb the plaiting soap. The knots came out light but I am sure with some wear it will look great.

Brad ,those pics are a real bummer!! In a way though,I'd say you may have got off easy Brad. Had the whip come loose and entangled in your wheels and/or rear cogs you could have had a bad spill. Possibly resulting bodily/head injuries,bike damage and whip damage which all could have been much worse...

I did find the Indy theme for my AT & T phone last year. I walked into a holloween party and I had my girlfriend call. People were just saying "wow, great Indy" when the ringtone hit. Big laughs.
