Well I started emailing him every day for the past week, to see if I would get a response and never heard a peep out of him, so my last email I told him he had a week and then I was contacting paypal. I hate doing it but this is just stupid.

Well, I recieved an email saying that he was giving me a partial payment for now (yeah) but then recieved an email saying he had the wrong email for my paypal account (which he did) and then cancelled it...I emailed the right account and since then have heard nothing (2-3 days)

Well I sent him an email using the address from his website. I believe I sent it on sunday or monday and asked him to reply within a week and as of day I haven't heard anything at all. Like you, I wanted to believe that eventually he would come through with a gun but the lack of emails is killing me...
