Wested Shipping Rates to the US
Would anyone happen to know if Wested combines shipping on orders of more than one item? There are a few items I am considering ordering from them, however, when I added each item into the cart, a fifteen pound shipping fee was added in for each item. When you put three or four items in your cart, y...

Gun Belt
Considering some Keppler gear...maybe belt, holster, and whip holster setup.
Anyone ordered any of Lee's Adventure Gear lately?
I'd also be glad to hear other suggestions.
Thanks!

Ok folks, I've uploaded 19 pics of my jacket. I posted some in another thread: http://www.indygear.com/cow/viewtopic.php?p=333539#333539 My photbucket album contains all the pics of this jacket. You will also notice that some pics are a comparison shot between the two jackets, The lighter colored on...

Ok, as promised, here are some pics of my new Flightsuits Expedition in Brown Goatskin after a few days of breaking in by wearing it while driving it around the house and driving. It has also been treated with Pecards Jell once, however, that did not seem to affect the appearance one way or another....

Hah. You got me IndyG :D . Sadly, I've had terrible luck with electronics lately. A few weeks ago, my digital camera broke at work. I've been planning to get a new one and then today, my laptop broke, forcing me to buy a new one...putting a large dent in my bank account. (It's sad but I think I woul...

Thanks a lot fellas, I really appreciate all the advice. I actually have been wearing it as much as possible in the heat...mainly as you suggested, while watching TV, on the computer, etc, etc. As a result, I have to say, I think I love this jacket more and more each day. It's almost as if it starts...

Good input folks. My first job as a teenager was working part time at an Army-Navy Surplus store and ever since that time, I've been a big fan of both the Boonie Caps and the Patrol Caps. However, when I initially posted this thread, I was envisioning something more like this: http://www.kevinscatal...

Thanks for all the input Indiana G, I really appreciate it. I pretty much went with Deluxe on everything leather...not that I'm rich or anything but I figured, why buy something cheap and have to replace it later when you can start out with some nice things? Todd's Gunbelt
Just placed my order with Todd's for a few odds and ends including the essentials for a gunbelt.
Raider style holster, whip holster, and belt.
I also ordered a couple web trouser belts and Todd's adventure shirt.
Really looking forward to this orders arrival.

Just got to thinking.... When browsing outdoor apparel catalogues and sporting goods stores, most frequently contain various types of brimmed hats. Some wool, some canvas, others types of cotton duck and oilcloth. Does anyone ever wear any of these types of hats, perhaps as an alternative at times?

Don't forget that many a Wested isn't screen acurate either - there are many posts on this. It all depends on what people want. Cheers - CM An excellent point. Shirts and Pants
At some point, I will be ordering an Indy shirt and pants. It seems that right now I have two options:
A) Magnoli Clothiers
B) Wested
Are there any other vendors that offer a screen accurate shirt or pants?

I'd love to order one too. But my government wants me to pay another $120 in tax on top of purchase price. Cheers - CM That's insane...is that resulting from some type of customs tax or import duty? Well, I did it. I just ordered my first flightsuits expedition jacket. Size 38R, my regular suit coat size, in seal brown goatskin. Have you ever worn work boots before? Sure, I have... Renner's Boots
Hey Guys,
Sorry I've been kind of out of the loop on this but, does anyone know what shade of brown(hopefully brown ) the Aldens from Renners Boots are coming in these days? I'm thinking about ordering a pair sometime soon but I want to be sure of the color..
Thanks,
Nick

Sorry Schwammy, I've been wondering the same thing. They always looked like an off-white color to me(i.e. the Raven bar scene where they weren't covered in dust and dirt). But as far as them being necessary, I think if you are going for a Raiders look they are a must-have item, no question. But in r...
