Re: Getting in Touch with Marc
Probably just as well. Getting things in and out of country is pretty much at a stand still now if you use USPS due to the pandemic. You have no clue if or even when it would reach Marc, let alone if they'd do anything with it. Good luck, and let us know how your hat turns out! Regards! Michaelson ...

Glad I'm not the only one having trouble. I'll get my name on Penman's list for a reblock. Not sure what to think anymore about Marc or Stefan. Just leaving me hang there with no response, nothing on their website.....

Re: Getting in Touch with Marc
I had my hat reblocked a size too big. Last I heard from them was Stefan in October 2016 that they were taking a break. I desperately want it reblocked a size smaller, no matter the cost. I thought about asking Penman, but a long time ago, Marc said that if anyone else ever worked on my hat, he'd ne...

My brother ordered his July 2007 and both my Dad and I ordered ours March 2008. My brother and I received ours, but my Dad never did. I sent him and email 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from him. All I need is a clean and re-block. I just sent him another email to both addresses as well as a PM. We'll see if he gets back.

Contacting Fedora (Steve) - Can't get a hold of him!!
Hello all,
I've been trying and trying to get a response back from Mr. Steve Delk (Fedora) for the past couple of years with no avail. I have a hat order from March of 2008 that I haven't received yet. Thanks.

Re: MKVII snaps
Removing snaps while keeping them intact is not really possible. Snap tops are set like rivets, when they're pressed together the metal is furled backwards to effectively meld the two pieces together. When you pound or cut the snaps apart your left without the post on the snap top you need to refas...

Those studs on soldier of fortune look like the guts of the snap that broke off, but the front is smooth with black on it. I might have to buy a set and rub the paint off like you suggested. Thanks for the idea. It may resort to that too.

Hello all,
I have a MKVII bag that has the snaps with the ring around the outside, and has the tooling rough surface on the inside. One of my snaps busted off and cannot be fixed. Does anyone know where to get new ones? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't care if the ballcap wearers don't take their hats off, it's impolite, especially with a hat with such a tall crown. Agreed. If we're to bring back wearing nice hats (which used to be part of a dress code), then shouldn't we bring back proper hat etiquette as well? Our standards as a society...
