well, I called them up, and all I gotta do is send the money order. Thanks guys :D I also found an excellent substitute for a whip holdster at a key accessory place. It's a swiss army knife holdster in brown leather, which matches my belt almost perfectly. All I gotta do is cut the sides out for the...

I found a great alternative Whip Holster! see 10th post!
I'm so frustrated. I've finally decided to order the Mark Allen 8' swivel latigo from western stage props, and I've e-mailed him at least twice or three times over the last week and a half, and not one reply! Does anyone know how to get through to this guy? Also, does anyone know if western stage pr...

Josh, I've pretty much ruled out lee's whip for myself. Could you post some pics of your mark allen swivel 10 footer for us to see? I'd really like a better pic than the one on mark's site. I need to see the color of the whip better. The color is number one on my list of important attributes my whip...

Indiana Joe, you are a godsend, dude. I've been debating whether or not to go with Tim's Chocolate brown nylon for like 3 weeks already. I anxiously await the delivery of your whip as much as you do lol Don't forget to give us your initial impressions of the whip, as well as those pictures. Thanks a...

That's too bad, his price is very good. I need a whip that looks, at least in color, like Indy's. I've contacted Tim Bass about his Nylon whips. The Tan is too light to look like Indy's, but he says the chocolate brown would be the closest to look Indiana Jones-like. Have any of you seen Tim's choco...

Agent-Smith, I didn't care for the strap on mine either. So, I ordered a Raider's strap from Lee Kepler at http://www.adventure-supply.com At first I was a bit unsure due to the price. But i took the plunge b/c other Gearheads here in The Club gave it high marks. I got my strap and was so surprised...

OK, Update #2. I finally got the bag last sunday. Here's my impressions so far. The bag is, IMO, PERFECT. nice, tough Canvas, with just the right green tone to it. Design is eactly like the movies. The strap is another matter though. First off, it's WAY too light brown. But it grows on you when you ...

Well that's the beauty of a nylon whip, is that it does not need that constant attention to drying out as leather does. As far as Pecards, I think the biggest detriment is that it will attract dirt and dust in between the strands and will cause abrasion. Most nylon whipmakers I know of treat their ...

UPDATE: I called Jerry, and he told me that they would have shipped the bag the same day the money order arrived (Nov.21). However, when I told him I hadn't recieved it yet, he told me that for some reason, things have been taking longer to ship to Canada lately (I live in Toronto). He also told me ...

I used the "Buy it now" feature on e-bay, and ordered the bag based on everyone's advice that the bag is worth it. I sent the money order, and I know it got to him on Nov.21 due to registered mail tracking. the problem I have is that I don't know what the status of my order is. Did he ship...

Mark Allen swivel Latigo 8ft.
Hi guys, I'm a new member, and I need to buy a whip for my Indy Gear.
I have a limited amount of funds available, but I am seriously considering this one: http://www.westernstageprops.com/Cart6.Asp. The Swivel handle 8 ft. latigo. The price is right, but I'd like to know your take on it.
