Mine were the same when I first got them last year, a little tight and rubbed a tad around the ankle area however, I wore them on a long weekend in Prague at Christmas and after the few days travelling they broke in just fine. I didn't ask for a darker lining it's just the standard brown that comes with the Hero, probably just the lighting when the photo was taken as the leather looks a little grey than in reality also.xmasters wrote:Nice Marv. Did you ask for a darker lining? It's usually brown.

Nice looking vest! I have a Hero in the shrunken lamb and its very light with a good drape plus the hide has held up really well to all kinds of activities, its pretty tough so no babying at all. So anyway, decided to pick up myself a Wested size Medium and wow what a difference in the fit. Gave the shirt a hot wash and with minimal shrinkage if fits great, so much better than the Large which was recommended for my 44" chest size. I would say that the Wested shirts are over sized and yo...

Re: Wested Indy shirt
i think this is down to the hot wash and shrinkage, to be honest you can't really notice it when wearing but I personally feel that it gives the shirt a weathered lived in look, so not too bothered about it. Even after shrinking I still think that I could have got away with a Medium and personally, ...
