Finally, after 30 years, I own the jacket of my dreams. Perfect fit. Even the hat that came gratis fit my oversized melon perfectly.
I think I'll have to spend some time this weekend and write Sarge and Myke a heartfelt letter of appreciation.

Re: Some big US Wings Indy jacket news
Hmm, food for thought. One of the reasons I've held out on buying a jacket (for YEARS) is because I've been stressed about the question "But what if it doesn't fit right?" I'm not looking for a 100% SA jacket that looks the same on me as it does on Harrison Ford, and even if I was, my endo...

Re: Some big US Wings Indy jacket news
blueoakleyz, Chewbacca Jones: Sarge was very helpful with me when I emailed him about a sizing question. Told him my specs - 5'10", 220#, 40" waist, can wear a 48R blazer off the rack - and he confirmed my suspicions that a 2X would work for me. And to echo what others have said, he does s...

As an aside, I wonder when the UHC models referenced in this thread will be out...as evidenced by the catalog pics, there's not much need to mess with the grips.

One of the reviewers says that it does... If you are an Indiana Jones fan and want a gun like the on he had in Raiders, then this is the one for you. It looks almost exactly like it if you take off the plastic black part of the grip. You can easily change out the grips with real wood grips if they f...

There's this , the Daisy Model 44...and there's also this , the HFC FBI Issue .38 (though it doesn't quite look exactly right). I skimped; instead of going with a gas revolver, I got the UHC 1911 spring pistol, which could pass for the Browning to the untrained eye, was $30 cheaper, and is one of th...
