My 2006 AB Ford Felt in Lithuania a few weeks ago. It's never had a re-block, or even been cleaned for that matter. The picture on the wooden head, the one on the right ;) , more accurately reflects the true color of the hat. Great looking hat! I assume that's rabbit/hare felt? :TOH: It is beaver. ...

I wear my fedora every day, any weather, any temp, rain, sun, snow, sleet, fog......etc. There is, however, one exception. While I have worn it to many NASCAR Truck and Nationwide races, I don't wear it to any NASCAR Sprint Cup races. My headphones won't fit over it.

It depends, some of my hats are 57s, and some are 58s, yet they fit perfect. I have also had 57s that are tight and 58s that are loose. I guess it all goes back to handmade vs machine made vs individual hatter.

On the recommendation of others more knowledgeable than I, when i was faced with this sort of situation, I popped out the bash and then turned the hat upside down and let it dry while resting on it's crown. Worked like a charm, no taper. Of course it helps to have a quality lid to begin with.
