I got one, yes.

Well, for me, I believed I ordered large so it was a bit too big for me. But the sleeves are okay, and I think a medium would fit perfect.

The quality? Well, it ain't the best jacket but for the price, it's the best you can find.

White stuff coming out of my whip? (Large pic)

Well, I've got a issue.
On my IOAB sides, there is something white coming out of it. It is like glue, because it's sticky.

Does anybody have an idea what it is, and what I can do to make it disappear?

Yes, I actually have a Raiders wested. And yes, it could be used. I've used in the cold nights in Sweden, Italy and England. It holds perfectly!
