So then the question again is why does the shirt and pants who's designers are based in London have labels from the US based costume house. Just seems like odd. While the jacket, from the US based company (cooper) has the London based costumer's label?

I've always thought the buttons on the Raiders shirt were very close in color to the shirt itself (give or take a shade) and that the other films had more of a button contrast. My 'raiders' from MBA is that way, the buttons are a slightly pinkish flesh tone, close to the shirt color. I particularly ...

I just watched the hovitos chase sceen in super slow-mo, well actually I paused the disc at every other frame through the entire sceen sequence, from when he started running in the jungle to when he and jock were well up in the air. To me, I see a leather jacket, and in many of the frames you can di...

I wonder if Ford was remembering this whole detail correctly? Personally, it looks too much like leather for me to accept - then again it's the movies... just seems like a lot of work when a lambskin would have done the same thing and a cloth jacket has never been mentioned in the lineup before. Dou...

Ok, now I think I remember it reading that way too, now that you mention it.. but it has been available for about a year or so. However, I doubt they've sold many.. That Belstaff almost looks like an oil pulled leather, do you know the tanning method by chance. Sleeve length is much better IMO. Rundquist - that's a pretty stuborn stance you have about the lambskin in view of the two examples I sighted, but then again you've recently bought a jacket of water buf...

jacksdad, I think you are confusing two different leathers. This particular leather has been in stock at Wested for some time now (1+years or so), the slightly green tinted Washed lambskin however, is new and only a very limited number will be made. Not to be confused though with Washed goatskin . :...

It's funny, not long ago Gemma cancelled my custom order twice because of a credit card problem (on their end) too bad she didn't think to suggest Paypal. I didn't realize we could have gone that route at the time. Instead I immediately ordered a more expensive custom Todds with the same credit card...

Just polish them with Kiwi cordovan, then go right over it with Kiwi dark brown, I think I actually used Kiwi medium brown.. but, whatever.. When did this change and why? I mean have all the padded ones been sold or were remainding stock altered? Don't get me wrong it great news, but that's the sort of thing that most potential buyers hated - I would have made an announcement so that everyone understood that shoulder pads were history. A...

When done properly it doesn't look like anything abnormal is on the jacket, of course if you sprayed it heavy and let it pool up it would look weird. It's about $10 per can, only one was needed for mine - alot less than a professional doing it, if you could find someone I bet they'd use the same met...
