Thanks

I appreciate the feedback. I called Lost Worlds on a jacket there today..not an Indy jacket (which I have) but on a motorcycle jacket. Turns out the one I want would be custom..and therefore would have to be paid for up front... Not in this lifetime.. Thanks for all your help. I'll stick with the ja...

Lost World jackets-question from a newbie

I stumbled upon the Lost World site and their jackets. Seem very expensive compared to the other ones I've seen at flightjacket.com, us wings, etc.
Anybody have any comments about the Lost World items?

Thanks for your kindness with this newbie.

Thanks for the welcome...

I mispoke (typed?) when I said "deerskin"... I meant to say ELKskin which is much stronger and better suited for abuse than deerskin.

I'm really impressed with COW...a lot of extremely interesting information!

Hat Jacks

Just new to the group..but have a good hat jack. Made by "the Hat Jack" 883 Denver Ave. Calhan, CO 80808. I believe you can order them from www.sheplers.com about $20. Good quality, tapered and sanded wooden blocks.
