:TOH: OK, thanks!
Any suggestions on which one? It went to Fedora long ago to get the ribbon changed out (it's an Akubra). I guess he's kind of out of the game? I've been off the boards for many moons. :anxious:

Hat looks way to big

It may be because I'm looking down to some degree, but it is a bit loose on me too. I had an AB "Ford felt" at one time, but it was a bit tight and I eventually sold it. If I added some padding in front/back to stretch it and make it tighter on my head do you think that would help it not l...

Back stage photo from Raiders

I don't know about any one else, but I hadn't seen this photo before. It was posted on the Indiana Jones Facebook page for Friendship Day. Nice shot of the boots, pant cuffs, and just general gear. JRD also looks to be waring Aldens? (with white socks. LOL)

The actual auction doesn't say it was screen used or on Ford's head. It was from George's collection and certainly hasn't been sweat in. Ford might have put it on before signing it. It's obviously been distressed for the movie though. The "screen used" came from the Star Wars page li...

I see a ribbon, dark brown/black about the right height...actually it looks a bit too tall. (I don't see a bow though) Might need to brighten your monitor some or something. Steve said the one he made for some one famous ended up not being a off the shelf Indy hat. You're right about the profile (th...

I think Ford can get one anytime he wants. ;) (probably has one or more from Steve directly already) , but I think mooniteman is right, they just gave him a "throw away" hat for the show. (and to subliminally get that "official hat" into people's minds who aren't as picky as us.
