I'd like to whole-heartedly thank everybody who left feedback. Its nice to know I'm not alone on this issue. I appreciate the pictures from both Fedora and IndianaWill. I think I'll do a little experimenting in photoshop to see how I would look in the Young Indy hat.

That's some nice gear. If you want to get your whip to hang screen-accurately and securely, I suggest Todd's Costumes adjustable velcro whip holder. I tried the Texas Action gear whipholder and my whips slid out way too easy, though I was really satisfied with the gunbelt I got from there.

I've had three WPG bags. They're fairly good bags but will shrink significantly if washed in a washing machine (even with cold water), so be careful. For a more screen-accurate look, you also may want to leather dress or replace the strap that comes with this bag.

The Indy pants do have a fairly wide hem. You can see it fairly well at a point during the beginning of "Raiders of the Lost Ark," when Indy is talking to Belloq in the jungle.

Guitone, these boots are good for general use but I don' t think they're much of a work boot. The soles wear out really fast if you use them everyday and the boots themselves are heavily over-priced but the comfort and look of them is the best I've had so far as footwear goes.

Havana, the L.L. bean chinos in classic fit with a flat front should be a good choice for a trim fit. I have both classic fit and natural fit L.L. bean chinos and the classic fit are definitely less baggy.
