Glad you have decided on what you want. Just remember that's potentially going to have the more pronounced grain but if that's what youa re after then perfect! I know people who have one and love it!

Yeah got lucky with the batch most likely. Main reason why I’m having second thoughts in having the sleeves narrowed. Don’t want to ruin this jacket. Totally understandable. You think it's a SA looking fit? It was a "custom" jacket, but then again you only get to pick the chest, sleeves, and length. I would have specified a slim fit if I'd had the option. I definitely wouldn't have picked a Hero cut - any larger would have been crazy! So HERO cut = larger fit?

I hope you don't mind, I'd like to advise on distressing. The water treatment will saturate the skins. It's effective removing shine and popping grain, but this takes away longevity to the jacket. Avoid acetone. Too aggressive for the upper layer of the leather. Rubbing alcohol will clear some area...

I've actually never done the shower trick before! I assume you just pop in the shower with it for a second, and then let the jacket dry while wearing it? Do you have to put Pecards on it afterwards? Waterfalls are equally effective in my experience. ;) So yeah just let the jacket dry after the show...
