Re: All of the "Close Enough" Boots?

Anyone have wide feet? I have flat Fred Flintstone feet, and doubt if I could fit into some of the boots, as their toes are too narrow. I usually where Vasque hiking boots as my normal shoe, because they have wide toes and good ankle support.

Which boots would be a good choice for wider feet?

Indy fedora from Buckaroo Hatters?

I've only heard good things about Mr. Moore and Buckaroo Hatters. I am looking at getting a dark gray fedora, likely similar to the Pan Am Clipper, to match my dark gray suit. Have any folks had an Indy style fedora made by Mr. Moore? I'd love to see examples. I'm also wondering at the colors of gra...

Nice bag, is that an as-new old suitcase, or a modern reproduction? Cost Plus World Market has some cases already fitted with stickers. Nordstrom Faconnable pants in taupe on sale this year also

Nordstrom's Anniversary sale once again has the pleated chinos in taupe on sale. They have flap pockets, and are unfinished on the bottom so you can get that extra big seam for the authentic look. I bought a pair last year. My wife just brought home a khaki pair from Nordstrom Rack for only $25. It ...

I could probably find a BB gun and have it, but you couldn't put it in a holster without someone thinking you were toting a real gun. You'd be OK in the desert or something I guess. I read on one web site critical of the new laws exactly the argument about painting real guns. Police could still neve...

I live in California where you can't even carry a toy gun that looks like a real gun. Even an orange cap is not enough here, it has to be some bright color or transparent.
