Actual collar size

While watching Raiders, it seems that the collar size differs from scene.
In some scenes, for example The Raven-Bar scene, it looks kinda small, and not like the current wested standard.

Anyone else noticed this?

A little detail mentioned:

If youre going to buy a whole new jacket, tell peter to move the yoke-seam 1" above the sleeve seam, Wich is also screen accurate.

It didnt seem on the pics that the jacket came this way, neither on my own raiders, wonder why:?:

I usually hang it up by the hook-hanger on the inside of the collar, sometimes i use a simple plastic coat-hanger.
