When I order these I generally get my usual waist size and they fit perfectly. You may need to advise them on your inside leg length though to get your perfect fit.

I personally had no end of trouble using leather conditioners on my Westeds, especially the goat skin. Where upon it (pecards) became rubbery and solidly stuck in the seams and stitching. I live in the UK which is generally cooler which had a hand in this, so had to use a hair dryer to get the stuff...

I generally wear something of my gear daily. Be it bag, boots, hat or even just a military canvas belt. Like most who live in certain parts of the UK. I garner comments here and there but I'm getting past caring these days and just want to be me. 'Me' is indy gear. :TOH:

I think I may have some full circle and am now thinking of taking my AB Dlx. I've had an akruba in the past n hoped they may have improved it..as they declined to put a dimensional cut in the brim for me. I just didn't settle with it.

Yeah I think my Goatskin Wested did something similar to what you're describing. It got badly soaked in a rain storm here. It just softened up with normal wear after a few months.

Hey Guy's this thread has my ears pricked up, as I use Pecards and as much as they say it doesn't darken leather, I find that it does and Im not keen on having a very very very dark brown indy jacket!
