Oh that'd be fun to bring my lil Indy to a summit. I may be 2 years before I can. We're heading to Mexico next year to take him to see my husband's family in November. But maybe in 2-3 years we can take a family vacation out to Cali for the summit. :)

I've had trouble finding ones that fit my bag. I found one about a year ago, but it was so wide it stuck out from the leather quite abit. I'd be happy to pay for one if you still have one or two.

I've seen the US Wings roo jacket. Although it's a beautiful leather, I wouldn't buy it for the color, it was a reddish orangey color, and not ideal if going for screen accurate coloring.

If budget is the biggest issue along with quality, go with the Akubra federation. A wool felt and fur felt are world's different. My first Indy fedora was one like the one you're looking for. You will be unable to reshape the lid of it because it's wool. If you can, go for the Akubra Federation.

hmmm, bleyd, I'm surprised I haven't thought to do that yet. Of course, ours is like our 2nd son (sort of...we like terrorizing the dog with him) and the dog is jealous of him. So, he might just pull the hat off of Arturo (that's what we call him) and do some wicked damage to the fedora.
