Re: Indy Glasses with bluelight lenses?
Those look pretty nice- and a great price!! Where did you get the cable temples? I also thought about doing that modification to add a bit more screen accuracy. Thanks! -WNY Indy Think I got them from an old pair of aviator sunglasses I had laying about. I went with these, over the Magnoli, because...

Re: Indy Glasses with bluelight lenses?
I believe these are the ones I have. I had the lenses replaced with my prescription, but they come with standard bluelight lenses. Edited to add: I swapped the temples out for gold cable temples. They don’t have the tortoise shell on them, but makes them a bit closer. https://www.amazon.com/SOJOS-Bl...

Re: New S&W Indy Offering from Shoot & Scoot UK
Got my Bapty from Shoot & Scoot. Less than impressed. While the quality is on par with the other models, it certainly isn’t as nice as the photos on the website. “Holster filler” is the best way to describe it. I’m probably going to try fixing it up a bit, using the other S&W as a test subje...

David Richardson at Make It Jones (in the UK, but reasonable shipping to the US) and Spade & Archer are 2 quality options. I have items from both. And there’s also Wade Egan.

Re: New S&W Indy Offering from Shoot & Scoot UK
We're going to set up a little production lab in my leather shop that'll include resin casting so planning on using mine as a test project. Smooth out the blemishes and casting marks then recast in metal powder infused resin. If that works out will try the same on my WG. If you did a resin cast of ...

Re: New S&W Indy Offering from Shoot & Scoot UK
Just arrived this morning - cast is a bit 'bubbly' here and there and a little rough in places (on loop and serial number missing) but a decent holster filler for the price. So pretty much the same as their other offerings then? I’ve their Webley WG and the other S&W, and yeah…”holster filler” ...

Just wanting to run some ideas around in my head... I've got one of the Equinelibrium/WhipsCraftier 10 foot natural tan roo-hide whips from Etsy, and I'd like to darken it to closer to a Last Crusade color. Other than tanning it in the sun, is there a "quicker" way to do it that won't dama...

Repaint…with something durable.
Mine has been sitting in the holster in storage for years, and the paint has started to come off, revealing the zinc.
Not sure if rebluing would actually work on the low quality metal.

Put some newspaper all around inside the sweatband to decrease the size until it fits. Bonus points if you find a newspaper from 1936 for cheap and use that.
