My Herbert Johnson Poet

Well i got my first fur hat. and better yet, it's a Herbert Johnson poet. it's a Raiders of The Lost Ark dress look. i got it from a great COW
member. it's originally from Todd's Costumes. i love it. it fits me well.
the picture doesn't do it justice. although it makes me look better with it on lol. this is my start on the gear collection. i hope everyone likes what they see. i sure do....

Nah, it looks horrible on you.. What size is it? If it's my size, please send it to me.

Just kidding. It is a little hard to see details of the hat in that lighting, but it's looking good so far. just don't try using it as a rain hat.

Good looking Fedora! Welcome to the club and enjoy your very addictive new hobby of being a gear collector. One thing I am learning about fedoras is that if you really like wearing them it is hard to stop buying them. Wear it with pride my friend.

I guess I'll add my two cents in as well - looks great kwh! I agree with Dave, it is proportioned well to you, and that's important to a great-looking hat. It must be a thrill having a Herbert Johnson's as your first Indy hat! Even though I've got a few fantastic hats I'm thrilled with, I still kind of wish I could have an HJ. There's something special about the brand for Indy fans, even though it has fallen on pretty hard times recently as a once-proud company.

Welcome aboard, and enjoy that Indy hat! I recall when I got my very first Indy looking hat. I became glued to every mirror and reflecting window I walked by. Never ever looked at my own self so much until then.

I was of course, only looking at the hat. Made me feel 10 feet tall and bullet proof. Fedora
